A Few Words About Us

Bullard Land Planning is a premier provider of site design, landscape architecture, and land surveying services in Georgia. The company was established in March 1990 by Robert F. Bullard and incorporated on May 23, 1996, with co-ownership between Robert F. Bullard and Nancy S. Bullard.

Since its inception, the company has established a solid foundation of loyal, returning customers expecting no less than the excellent design, surveying, and planning services that it has been known for through the years.

Robert F. Bullard - Owner

Along with being a part-owner of Bullard Land Planning, Mr. Bullard also serves as its manager. He has over three decades of experience as a professional landscape architect, land surveyor, and site designer.

One of Mr. Bullard’s most special qualities as a Christian and businessman is his honesty coupled with his determination to provide quality work. He believes that these should form the core of all the company’s dealings with the public.

Mr. Bullard’s favorite quote, Matthew 5:15, says, “…let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” He looks to this verse as a guide in everything he does in life, especially in working with people as part of his job.

Mr. Bullard is a Council of Fellows inductee who has been bestowed the title of Fellow by the American Society of Landscape Architects. The award recognizes his outstanding accomplishments as a landscape architect. A Council of Fellows induction is also regarded as one of the highest honors any landscape architect can receive.

Robert Sligh - Project Manager

For more than 17 years, Mr. Sligh has been working in the civil design industry with Mr. Bullard and the company. As Bullard Land Planning’s Projects Manager, he coordinates the design and permitting process, ensuring clear communication, effective quality control, and timely completion of projects while protecting the client’s financial investment.
